Hearing

The majority of claims are denied on application and once more on reconsideration. Our team handles each administrative appeal in a timely manner to ensure you get your day in court. Once your hearing is scheduled, our attorneys will meet with you to review your claim comprehensively and prepare you thoroughly for your hearing.

During this meeting, your attorney will review your medical records with you and take the time to answer every question you may have. It is our goal that every client is feels confident in our representation, and in their understanding of the hearing process.

Appeals Council

Provided that we represented you at the hearing level, we will evaluate the merits of an appeal. The Appeals Council will provide a Granting Review in approximately 1 out of 5 cases.

If we find an appeal to be appropriate, we will take this step for you.
