DAVID KAPOR: I've been an attorney for nearly 30 years. My practice is limited exclusively almost to Social Security Disability claimants. I have a small civil trial practice and I use those trial skills to help my clients win their cases.

Before I was an attorney, I've done construction labor, I've done dangerous factory work, I've carried a union card, I punched a time clock for a paycheck. So I have a pretty good idea what it's like for my clients not to have a paycheck, not to have health insurance, and so I understand how important this case is to my client and that the stakes are high. My clients are scared. They are worried about their future and I want to be there to let them know that I am standing for them.
