Social Security Disability Attorney

Why I Practice Social Security Disability Law

Many injured workers don't get the legal help they need because they are afraid the lawyer will look down on them or speak in legalese. I'm not like other lawyers.

I drink my beer out of a bottle and my favorite color is flannel. Before I became an attorney, I did construction labor and even worked in an asbestos factory for a while. I punched a clock and carried a union card. I'm a lifelong member of both the NRA and the NAACP.

I like helping people qualify for Social Security Disability. I see it as helping some of the most vulnerable members of our society. The people I represent would rather be working but can't due to a serious physical or mental impairment. My clients are proud. For them to admit that they can't work any more is hard, particularly when they are over age 50 but still too young to retire.

I know what it's like to be without a paycheck and health insurance. With more than 25 years of legal experience, I'll help you pursue the benefits you deserve from Social Security. I'm a member of the National Organization of Social Security Claimant's Representatives (NOSSCR), The Ohio Academy of Trial Lawyers, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America.
