Why Was My Disability Claim Denied?

The truth is most people who apply for SSD are initially turned down, no matter how valid their disability claim is. Even if your claim was denied, that doesn't mean that you won't end up receiving benefits. The appeals process may be long and frustrating, but the vast majority of clients I represent end up receiving disability benefits from Social Security. When I take on a case as your lawyer, I take it to win it.
